The Harmony Team
Our company employs workers with a variety of skills who support and administer the delivery of resident services at each Harmony assisted living community:

Facility Managers are responsible for all facets of service delivery in their assisted living community.
Service Staff are encouraged to achieve multiple areas of skill, and trained to provide service in a caring, professional, and home-like environment in our assisted living communities.

Health and Wellness Coordinators are licensed Nurses who provide oversight for assisted living community staff who dispense medications. They are also available to assess acute and chronic residents' conditions and facilitate communication to the residents' physician.

Housekeeping Staff maintain a clean and sanitary living environment in our assisted living communities.

Maintenance Staff provide routine and emergeny maintenance and repair services at our assisted living communities.

Kitchen Staff prepare and assist care staff in the service of meals, snacks, and special events at our assisted living communities.

Activities Staff schedule and conduct individualized and community activities and entertainment programs at our assisted living communities.

In addition, Harmony Home Office staff provides support services to our assisted living communities.
